Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Guests must present the same credit card used for booking during check-in at the property.
Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation without prior notice if any fraudulent or illegal activity is detected in relation to the payment.
Children Policy
Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge.
Children aged 5 to under 12 years will be charged Rs 200 per person, per room, per night.
Children aged 12 years and above, or any additional adult, will be charged Rs 250 per person, per room, per night.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
Cancellations or amendments made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges.
If cancellation or amendment is made within 72 hours of arrival, including bookings made within this period, the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the room rate along with applicable taxes will be charged.
Early Bird, Long Stay, Last Minute, and Package Rates are non-changeable and non-refundable.
Late check-out policy
Late check-out is subject to room availability.
Check-out between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM will incur a surcharge of 50% of the room rate.
Check-out after 5:00 PM will incur a surcharge of 100% of the room rate.
